SHANGHAI–The Taiwan Affairs Office (國台辦) of China’s State Council (國務院) said Tuesday it is taking steps to help Taiwanese investors in China find ways of securing loans for development projects.
Yu Hong, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office’s economic division, said her office is planning to hold seminars on fund raising in more than 10 Chinese cities this year as part of its efforts to help Taiwanese investors in China access funds.
The Taiwan Affairs Office will find effective ways of solving the financial problems faced by Taiwanese investors in China, Yu said at a conference held by the Association of Taiwan Investment Enterprises on the Mainland in Shanghai. [FULL STORY]
