Discipline in Taiwan’s armed forces is degrading and people can expect to see even more

scandals in the future with more officers sacked if nothing is done to address the situation, reports our Chinese-language sister newspaper China Times.

The most recent major scandal involved TV celebrity Janet Lee publishing photos of herself and family members on her Facebook page on board an AH-64E Apache attack helicopter following a visit to the military barrack of the ROC Army’s 601st Aviation Brigade in Taoyuan, where the attack helicopter squadron is based.
