Taipei, Aug. 17 (CNA) Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) launched an electronic store

Thursday in collaboration with PChome Online Inc., providing shopping services via computers and mobile devices.

In a news release, THSR said consumers can now purchase its souvenirs by scanning the QR codes for the items, which are listed in a monthly magazine on its trains and also on its electronic advertising boards at most of its stations.

Of the 50 different THSR-themed souvenirs, the most popular is the 700T Push Train Set, a bullet train model that sells over 10,000 units per year, the company said.    [FULL  STORY]
