TAIPEI, Taiwan — A man found an unburied body believed to be that of his half-brother while tending a family grave at a New Taipei cemetery on Tomb Sweeping Day yesterday, police said.
Police said they preliminarily determined it was a case of suicide, but DNA tests have to be conducted to see if the deceased is indeed related to the man who found him.
