TAIPEI (Taiwan News)— Taiwan’s Economic Affairs Minister Lee Chih-kung (李世光)
broke down the NT$143.3 billion (US$4.77 billion) the government will spend to improve water resources management under the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program (前瞻計畫) budget Tuesday.
