silver medal Saturday at the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Women’s Junior and Youth World Boxing Championships after losing to Chang Yuan (常園) of China in the gold medal bout.

Huang’s loss meant that Taiwan won one silver and three bronze medals at the championships, which are being held in New Taipei.

The country’s female boxers won two gold medals at the previous world championships held in 2013.
