Taipei, April 23 (CNA) Taiwan’s Wu Ching-kuo, an executive member of the 
International Olympic Committee (IOC) and president of the International Boxing Association (AIBA), was elected vice president of the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations (ASOIF) in Sochi, Russia Wednesday.
Wu received votes from all 28 of ASOIF’s member federations, whose delegates re-elected Patrick Baumann as president, and Leandro Negre, president of the International Hockey Federation; and Jose Perurena, president of the International Canoe Federation, as the two new council members.
