Chinese Jets Skirt Taiwan Again

Chinese military aircraft have once again skirted Taiwan on long-distance training missions. Last Tuesday at 8am aviation enthusiasts spotted a group of Chinese air force jets enter Taiwan’s southern Air Defense Identification Zone.

In the next four hours, at least three fleets of Chinese fighter jets entered airspace southwest of Hengchun. The Taiwanese military issued a total of nine warnings before the Chinese jet crews responded. Some people even recorded a radio dialogue which surfaced today between the airforce and the PLA fighter jets, where the Chinese crew called out continually in an extremely high-handed manner: “This is Chinese air space.
