Eva Air voted among world’s ‘most-loved’ airlines

International air travel review organization Skytrax unveiled the latest survey of the “Most Loved Airlines,” with Garuda Indonesia topping the chart and Taiwan’s Eva Air snatching third place as the world’s most loved airlines.

The survey was based on overall customer reviews featuring over 420 airlines worldwide. Customers rate their flights across eight categories, including seat comfort, onboard services, food and beverages, inflight entertainment, onboard wifi, airport services and value for money, according to the company website.

Garuda Indonesia scored a high 85 percent on customer satisfaction, followed by South Korea’s Asiana Airlines and Taiwan’s EVA Air, with satisfaction scores of 83 percent and 81 percent respectively.     [FULL  STORY]
