Taipei, May 21 (CNA) Four boxers from Taiwan will compete in the quarterfinals of

the International Boxing Association’s (AIBA) tournaments for young women, to be held in New Taipei City on Friday.
The biennial AIBA Women’s Junior and Youth World Boxing Championships, which began in 2011, are being held at Xinzhuang Gymnasium from May 16-23. It is the first time that an international boxing championship is taking place in Taiwan.
A total of 342 fighters from 44 nations, including 15 from Taiwan, are competing for 23 titles. [FULL STORY]
