Liu scored the most points in the single game with 25 points, eight rebounds and two steals. But the Philippines defeated “Chinese Taipei” 81:89.

Mighty Sports, a perennial powerhouse in the Pilipinas Commercial Basketball League (PCBL), have won three championships in the Republica Cup in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
