China Airlines flight turns around after nose landing gear trouble

A China Airlines flight from Taipei to Rome had to turn around shortly after takeoff Saturday morning after the aircraft’s nose landing gear failed to retract.

After contacting air traffic control, the aircraft’s pilot decided to return to Taipei for safety reasons. All 238 passengers on board are reportedly safe and have been placed on an afternoon flight to Rome.    [SOURCE]
