The government will continue to support efforts to implement electric powertrains in motorcycles. That was the word from the Industrial Development Bureau on Wednesday.

Taiwan-based electric scooter maker Gogoro announced a plan to work with Yamaha to introduce electric powertrains to their models. The collaboration is the latest effort from local manufacturers to use electric powertrains and related technologies in future products.    [FULL  STORY]
