TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – I-Mei Foods Co. on Saturday demanded a clear explanation from the
Food and Drug Administration about allegations that the Ministry of Health and Welfare department directly told China about its checks on a company factory.
FDA inspectors visited an I-Mei factory in Nankan, Taoyuan City, and alleged they found wrongly labeled products. As a result, customs in China were blocking the import of some of its food products.
