Taipei, June 1 (CNA) Taiwanese-American National Basketball Association (NBA) player

Jeremy Lin (林書豪) arrived in Changhua Friday to coach young basketball players from schools around the county.

Lin and the Formosa Dreamers, a local professional basketball team, attended the event, which was held at National Changhua Senior High School.

Young basketball players at the event included the high school’s basketball team, the county’s Shihu Junior High School team and children from the county’s Sanmin Elementary School.

At the event, Lin not only worked on their dribbling and shooting but also donated 100 basketballs to the three schools and shared his experiences of playing basketball when he was still studying.    [FULL  STORY]
