Southeast Asian NGO Living Arts International (LAI) has set up a branch in Taipei to promote exchanges between local and foreign artists. That’s according to the deputy culture minister Celest Ting on Tuesday.

Ting said the organization is headquartered in New York with operations in Cambodia. She said LAI has a mission to nurture cultural leaders.
