Since the beginning of their search and rescue efforts, rescue teams have witnessed areas surrounding the Weiguan apartment complex to be jammed packed with cars as engineers, reporters, and officials flock to the scene of the disaster.

To make matters even worse, onlookers also come to watch out of curiosity, affecting gravel truck drivers who need to go in and out of the rescue sites carrying huge boulders and debris from the fallen building.
