A review of proposals for a mechanism supervising cross-strait agreements has stalled in the Legislature.

The supervision of cross-strait agreements has been an important political issue since the Sunflower Student Movement demanded the creation of an oversight mechanism three years ago.

The ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), the opposition KMT, and four other smaller political parties each submitted proposals to the Legislature’s Internal Administration Committee on Wednesday.    [FULL  STORY]
