Taiwan is finally getting a break from the near constant rain of the past week. The Central Weather Bureau said the weather across Taiwan on Sunday will be sunny and drier than the past few days. And as for temperatures, forecasters say that there’s also some relief from the heat, at least until this coming Thursday.

The weather bureau says that all of Taiwan can expect sunny skies on Sunday and Monday. Daytime highs are forecast to hit 22-23 degrees Celsius in the north, and 26-28 C in central and southern Taiwan. Lows across the country will be between 18-19 C.

Taiwan can expect the weather to turn wet again on Tuesday and Wednesday, with an approaching wave of northeasterly winds.    [FULL  STORY]
