Taiwan wins three more medals at world bowling championships

Taipei, Dec. 4 (CNA) Taiwan’s national bowling team managed to bag three more medals at the 2017

World Bowling Championships in Las Vegas on Sunday, after winning its first gold medal of the competition the previous day.

It won silver medals in the men’s trio and team of five events, and a bronze in the women’s trio event on Sunday.

Chen Wu-chi (陳武琪), Wu Hao-ming (吳浩銘) and Hsu Che-chia (許哲嘉) reach the men’s trio final before losing to Hong Kong 659-610 to settle for silver.

In the team of five men’s final, Taiwan was soundly defeated by a United States team 2-0, losing 210-189 in game 1 and 200-180 in game 2.    [FULL  STORY]
