their American rivals in the WBSC U12 Baseball World Cup, which was held on their home turf in Tainan yesterday.
Yesterday’s final was held in front of a sellout crowd at Tainan’s 11,000 seat stadium on Sunday night, and resulted in a 7-2 victory for Team USA, leaving the Taiwanese team dejected after having to settle for second place for the third time in a row.
