Taipei, Nov. 12 (CNA) An undersea earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 shook northeastern Taiwan at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Central Weather Bureau.
The epicenter of the earthquake was about 107.2 kilometers east of Yilan County Hall at a depth of 76.3 km, the bureau’s Seismology Center said.
The strongest tremor was felt in Yilan’s Nanao, with an intensity of 3.0.
