Air Force Command says Taiwan is closely monitored a long-range Chinese
military drill.

The Air Force said two Chinese aircraft flew over the Bashi Channel at around
4 a.m. and then entered the Miyako Strait

The two Xi-an H-6K strategic bombers were on a long-range air exercise, and
the Republic of China Air Force scrambled F-16 fighter jets to observe the
Chinese drill

The Air Force says it has installed an advance warning system that provides
intelligence on every move made by the Chinese military in the region,
allowing it to respond accordingly, thereby enhancing national defense.

The Air Force statement follows a Chinese military airplane being spotted
flying west of the median line of the Taiwan Strait yesterday.    [SOURCE]
