Taiwan to launch health and tech forum seeking foreign collaboration

Taiwan has kicked off an Integrated Health and Technology-Investment Cooperation

Project to help encourage growth in the biotechnology and health sectors and partnerships among Taiwanese and foreign companies, reports our Chinese-language sister newspaper Want Daily.

The project, initiated by Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, will be carried out by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). In its early stages, it will emphasize partnership with countries including the UK, Germany and China.

TAITRA had staged a series of investment conferences in Stuttgart, London and Beijing in April and May and plans to organize a forum at the Taipei International Convention Center on June 18.     [FULL  STORY]
