Taipei, July 9 (CNA) Taiwanese taekwondo athletes bagged three more silver medals in poomsae

events at the 2019 Summer Universiade in Naples on Monday, clinching the medals in the women's team, men's team and mixed pair competitions.

Chen Po-kai (陳柏凱), Lee Cheng-kang (李晟綱) and Huang Sheng-peng (黃聖鵬) finished with a men's team score of 7.120 to take second place to a team from South Korea, which took gold with a score of 7.82.

Su Chia-en (蘇佳恩), Chen Yi-hsuan (陳以瑄) and Lee Chieh-yu (李婕瑜) grabbed a silver medal in the women's team poomsae with a total score of 6.99, while South Korea snatched gold with a score of 7.240.

Meanwhile, Chen Po-kai (陳柏凱) and Lee Chieh-yu (李婕瑜) won another silver in the mixed pair poomsae competition with a final score of 7.45, 0.18 behind the gold medal-winning performance of the South Korean team.    [FULL  STORY]
