TRA Workers Demanding Labor Probe

Railway workers are demanding a labor ministry probe into the Taiwan Railways
Administration.

The railway workers union says the TRA’s leave and overtime pay practices are
unfair and need to be fixed.

The union says TRA rules do not give workers the full overtime pay they have
earned.

It also claims that when taking leave, employees have to use up one and a
half days, or ten hours, for each day they take off.

The union wants the Ministry of Labor to investigate these practices and
protect the rights of the workers.    [SOURCE]
