Taipei, July 11 (CNA) Taiwan was ranked 14th on the medals table Saturday in the July 3-14 Summer Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea, with three gold medals, eight silvers and 12 bronzes.
Earlier that day, Taiwan shared gold with Japan after the baseball final was forced to be cancelled due to rain.
Taiwan won two silver medals that day, in the tennis women’s doubles and the table tennis mixed doubles, respectively.
It also won a bronze medal in the table tennis mixed doubles. [FULL STORY]
